Young Adult Carers Weekly Meetup's

Every Wednesday we have a social group for carers to meet, to make friends and have a break! To join these sessions contact Ben or sign the referral form below. 

Do you live in Hackney or the City of London? Are you aged 16 to 25 and caring for someone with long term illness or disability? If so, City & Hackney Young Adult Carers Project could be for you!

Young adult carers are people age 16 to 25 who live with or care for a family member or friend with long term mental illness, physical illness or disability. Often, when a young person is looking after a parent, they have to take responsibility for younger brothers and sisters too.

What we offer:

• A weekly social group for carers to meet, make friends and have a break

• Monthly day trips and outings
