Caring can be a challenge - particularly during COVID-19.

Currently, many carers are unable to access the essential services they depend upon to help them provide care for their loved ones, and anxiety levels have risen as carers wonder who will take over should they themselves fall ill.

City and Hackney Carers Centre is here to support the carer during this challenging time. We're currently offering activities to help brighten carers' weeks during quarantine, including dance, yoga and mindfulness. During Carers Week we're offering an enhanced selection of activities, including a free one-day virtual yoga retreat - see below for details of how to sign up.

Our sessions are being delivered on Zoom but telephone support will be available throughout the week for the digitally excluded - call 020 8533 0951 to learn about our Listening Ear, counselling and life coaching services, all of which can be delivered via telephone.
