About the event
The Carer Social Club is a peer support group for unpaid carers who are caring for someone with a life-limiting condition.
Hands On Care Practical Workshop, how to keep yourself safe when moving & handling and using mobility aids, facilitated by St Joseph's Therapies Manager and Practice Development Nurse.
The group takes place at St Joseph's Hospice on the second Thursday of each month, from 1pm - 3pm.
The workshops run from 1-2pm leaving the final hour to socialise and share experiences with other carers.
