About the event

Work on that fitness (and boost your mental health!) with our strength class for carers, Stronger. It is a beginner-friendly session that will help you build strength for the manual handling that can be part of a caring role—and also for the activities of daily life (carrying groceries / kids, and so on.) 

You will need a reusable shopping bag full of stuff to lift, as well as two cans to use as hand weights. The class is friendly and supportive, and a great way to switch up your energy.
