Life Coaching Service
Coaching offers carers the chance to talk to someone about how they are feeling about their life as a carer, in the same way that counselling does. However, coaching also provides carers with the support to take action, make change, work wards goals and get through whatever life (and other people) are throwing at you.
Some people may choose to come to coaching after counselling when they feel read to make practical changes. Others may be drawn to coaching rather than counselling because they feel that is more action-oriented.
The CHCC Life Coaching Service runs on Monday mornings between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm at our London Fields HQ. It is facilitated by Catharine Macadam, a former carer, who is a qualified and accredited coach with more than 12 years' experience.
Coaching usually offered over 3-6 sessions depending on your aims and goals. The first step is to arrange a no obligations initial consultation, which takes places over the phone at a time which suits you. To arrange your consultation or to learn more call us on 020 8533 0951 or complete the form below and someone will get in touch with you within 10 working days.
