Caring can be lonely and isolating. Often carers do not know any other carers, and feel that they can't talk to their family members about what's happening. Meeting other carers can help to reduce this isolation. Talking to others who really understand what it means to be a carer can be a positive and empowering experience. We offer a range of social support to carers including group meet-ups, one to one befriending, social excursions and coach trips further afield and a creative collective.
