If you care for someone with a life-limiting condition or with moderate to advanced dementia join the Carers Social Club. An afternoon for unpaid carers to get together for a cuppa and a chat, with complementary therapies such as hand and head massages, plus information and advice to support you in your caring role.

Caring Conversations Group

2nd Thursday of each month

Alternates between MLC & Carers Centre Tower Hamlets

Psychoeducational group for Carers of those with a mental health condition. ELFT Psychiatrists provide an information session on particular mental health conditions and also take questions from carers. The presentation is emailed to all mental health carers after the meeting. Collaboration with the Carers Centre Tower Hamlets and ELFT.
