Come and join us for a free workshop with Coaching for Unpaid Carers. As carers, looking after ourselves is often at the bottom of our “to do” list, and might feel a bit self-indulgent. In this workshop we will look at why self-care is important and how it can help to reduce burnout and emotional exhaustion. We will learn some simple ways for busy people to fit self-care into their lives, when time, energy, and financial resources are limited, by focusing on the present moment (not the past or the future), being kind to yourself, and focusing on what is important to you in order to achieve balance in your life.
