WELLBEING & ACTIVITIES
Caring can be lonely and isolating. Often carers do not know any other carers, and feel that they can't talk to their family members about what's happening. Meeting other carers can help to reduce this isolation.
Talking to others who really understand what it means to be a carer can be a positive and empowering experience. We offer a range of social support to carers including group meet-ups, one to one befriending, social excursions and coach trips further afield.

CHAIR BASED EXERCISE
Mindful, chair based exercise for all class
Would you like to feel fitter, stronger and more relaxed?
Then come and join Madlyn (our yoga teacher) in this small friendly, relaxed chair-based strength training class (using resistance bands), gentle cardio, and stretching. Options will be provided for all and breathing practices and relaxation will help you to feel calmer and more focused. Drinks and refreshments provided!
